I decided that I would start adding some PDF’s to my online shop…..thinking tags, etc…. The first PDF I added is the order form I fill out once I’ve booked an order. I’ve tweaked it a bit the past few years. I thought some other cookiers might find it useful, too. You can get it here.
I like to print my forms on cardstock so that they are more sturdy during the baking/decorating process. I keep them filed in a 3 ring binder by date. I like to use sheet protectors in my binder so that I can easily slide the papers in and out and don’t have to worry about punching holes in them.
I recently made the pick-up date box larger because after I confirm the details of the order the week of….and give them the pick-up time/day I like to write it in a bold marker in that box. I also made separate boxes for the personalization and age/date information because I wanted to make sure that those details are front and center!
