I periodically offer cookie classes. If a class is currently available to sign up for it will be listed in the SHOP link in the navigation bar above.
PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES
A Private Class is a great option for a group of friends, family or co-workers to take a class together. The class can be held at my home, or your place of choice, based on the number of participants. My minimum requirement is 8.
If you are interested in a Private Group Class please fill out this form so I can schedule one for you. Once we work out the details I’ll provide you with a link for your participants to purchase their seats individually.
Classes are generally $75-100/seat for 2-3hrs of instruction.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Want some one on one help to up your cookie game? Private lessons might be just what you need!
The easiest location is in my home, where all my supplies are. But if you aren’t local and would like to have your lesson via FaceTime that can be arranged.
My schedule is open to a very limited number of private lessons. Time slots will primarily be during the week, mid-morning to early afternoon. Weekends can be arranged if needed.
We can work on whatever skills you’d like to touch on. I will provide all the supplies unless you have a specific brand of a tool that you’d like help with.
The lesson is catered to what you would like to learn. A few ideas are:
making dough process
making royal icing process
cutting and baking process
royal icing coloring
royal icing consistency
basic decorating skills
using a projector
lettering
character faces
air brushing
color theory
flowers
painting on cookies
photographing cookies
taking and organizing orders
3D printing cookie cutters, etc…
My rate is $150/hr with a 2hr minimum. One hour payment is due upfront. Once your first hour is purchased I will contact you to set up our lesson day/time. Balance for additional hour(s) is due the week of the lesson.
Once a day/time is set for the lesson the purchase is non-refundable.
